With focus on science and geography, Year 5/6 pupils are challenged to discover a hidden rainforest tribe.
These carnivorous plants mainly catch insects, but some species have caught animals as large as small rodents.
This science and geography focussed session allows KS2 pupils to learn what it takes to survive in the rainforest.
Endangered in the wild and even rarer to find in cultivation, we have two jade vines that you can occasionally see in our Rainforest.
Year 3 and 4 pupils will review the fundamentals of plant biology while discovering the stories behind some of the rainforest’s most unusual plants.
