Terms and conditions: Win a family ticket and overnight stay at the Eden Project

Please review and agree to these terms and conditions before entering the competition.

T&Cs:

1. Eligibility: The competition is open to participants who meet the following criteria:

  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Participants must be residents of the United Kingdom.

Employees of the Eden Project, YHA Eden Project and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period: The competition opens Friday 25 August 2023 and ends at midnight on Sunday 3 September 2023 (GMT). Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be considered.

3. Entry Method:

  • To enter, participants must follow the instructions stated above and submit an entry form.
  • Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Automated entries will not be accepted.
  • No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. The promoter does not guarantee continuous uninterrupted or secure access to the website. Numerous factors outside the control of the promoter may interfere with the operation of the website.

4. Winner Selection:

  • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The draw will be independently witnessed and the chosen will receive the prize as detailed above following the closing date.
  • If the winner cannot be reached within seven days the Eden Project reserves the right to randomly select a new winner.

5. Prize:

  • A family day ticket to the Eden Project and entry to our new adventure play area, Nature's Playground, for up to 2 adults and 2 children on the day of your choice. The winner must give at least five working days notice ahead of their intended visit date to book. There will be no physical day ticket to Eden provided – guests will be added to our guest list and will be required to email us to confirm a visit date. Further details will be provided at the time of contacting the winner. Ticket is valid for 12 months.
  • Accommodation at the YHA Eden Project for one night in a Landpod, sleeping up to 2 adults, 2 children. The winner will need to provide as much notice as possible ahead of their stay, at a minimum of 14 days notice. Landpods are subject to availability and excluding bank holiday's. We cannot guarantee the winner's preferred date. Valid for 12 months.

These prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. The winner must redeem all prizes within 12 months of the giveaway closing date.

6. Privacy:

  • The winner’s full name and email address will be required in order to process the prize and send over the booking details.
  • Any personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and will be handled in accordance with Eden Project's privacy policy.

7. General Terms:

  • The Eden Project reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
  • By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions and all decisions made by the Eden Project are final and binding.
