The Father Christmas Experience:
- The Father Christmas Experience will be located near the Ice Rink on the main Eden Project site.
- Each session lasts approximately 40 minutes and will start promptly. The time will be stated on your ticket.
Refunds and Transfers:
- Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and valid for the stated time slot only.
Your use of and purchase of tickets from this site is governed by the Terms and Conditions as set out below.
- Eden Box Office tickets each have a unique barcode on them which will be scanned on entry. If the barcode on your ticket has already been scanned the barcode scanner will alert the attendant and you will not be admitted.
- Skating tickets will have the date and time of your skating slot. These tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and non-transferable. Skating visitors will need to also present valid admission for Eden and reserve an arrival time slot for their visit; including those who can visit for free, such as personal carers, under-fives.
- We advise skaters to book their Timed Entry slot for Eden for at least 30 minutes prior to their skating slot to avoid any delays in getting to the rink.
- At peak times you may experience small delays. Each skate session lasts 40 minutes and will start on the hour. We have restricted capacity and to avoid disappointment please book in advance.
- Use of the ice rink is entirely at your own risk and Eden shall not be liable for any death or personal injury, or any theft, loss or damage to personal possessions, unless caused by our negligence or breach of statutory duty.
- Skate sizes start at child size 8 (EU 25) and go up to adult size 15 (EU 50).
- Socks must be worn with skates and we do advise that an extra pair of socks is worn for comfort. We also offer bob skates for toddlers, in size 10 down to approximately size 5. These fit over their shoes but please note that, for smaller sizes in particular, suitability depends upon the style of the shoe.
- We advise wearing gloves.
- Skaters should arrive “rink ready”. We have limited storage and due to the risks associated with handling personal belongings we are unable to keep bulky items (such as coats, bags, and pushchairs) stored during your skating session.
- Children aged 14 years and over can be unaccompanied both on site and on the ice. Children aged 8 to 13 years need a parent or guardian to be available either on the ice or around the rink. Children aged 7 years and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on the ice. We advise 1 on 1 supervision for children aged 18 months to 5 years. Minimum age is 18 months.

Eden cannot guarantee to inform you of any change or cancellation of any Event or be held responsible for refunds or for any resulting costs you may incur for travel, accommodation, any other related goods or services or other compensation.
If for any reason you are entitled to a refund, you must return any Ticket you have unless notified otherwise in writing by Eden. You must follow any refund instructions notified to you by Eden or you may not receive a refund. If these instructions require you to return a Ticket, you must do so promptly and within the timeframe communicated to you. - Eden reserves the right to cancel or otherwise refuse any Ticket (without refund to you or any other person) which it reasonably believes has been purchased from an unauthorised third party seller.

Each Ticket has a unique barcode which will be scanned when you arrive at a ticketing desk on Site. If the barcode on your Ticket has already been scanned you will not be admitted to the Event. If a Ticket is duplicated and more than one copy is shown at the ticketing desks, the barcode scanner will alert the attendant that the Ticket has already been scanned.- All Events are open air, with no covered viewing areas and there are no seats available.

- Ticketholders with Early Entry must validate both booking references/tickets (the concert ticket and the Early Entry ticket) at the Visitor Centre on arrival, two separate wristbands will be issued. - If ticketholders are late to arrive at the Visitors Centre and do not collect the Early Entry to the arena wristbands until after the main arena opens to standard arena ticket holders, no refunds will be issued.
